How to file a complaint on Gosuslugi
To submit a request through Gosuslugi, you need a verified account. This is the only limitation for using this tool.
What the Feedback Platform is
Filing complaints on Gosuslugi is handled through a separate platform. It is called the Feedback Platform, often abbreviated as POS in Russian.
Any complaint submitted through the platform is sent directly to the organization if that organization is connected to the Feedback Platform. Most government organizations are connected. If an organization is not connected, the response will provide contacts where you can send your complaint or suggestion.
The Feedback Platform page also contains an online map with public requests submitted by citizens.

How to report a problem
Go to the service- Go to the service. A verified account is required.
- Click “Start”, and the system will guide you through all the steps.
- Select the region and describe the situation you faced. For example, you can report broken playground equipment or a damaged road.
- If you want to report several problems, describe each one separately.
- If needed, attach photos, videos, documents or screenshots that describe the problem.
- Select the category, subcategory and recipient responsible for resolving the issue. For example: Improvement → Courtyard area → Administration of the Pervomaysky District.
- Specify the address where the problem needs to be solved and indicate whether you have already submitted messages on this topic.
- Grant the required permissions and submit the message. It will be reviewed by the authority responsible for resolving the issue.
The response will arrive in your personal account within 30 calendar days.
