Duty Point

About the project

We help people take the first step toward protecting their rights

Duty Point is being created for people who face a problem and do not know where to turn.

Why it matters

We live in a country governed by law, but almost nowhere are we taught how to interact with administrations, public authorities, and other organizations when we need to protect our rights.

When a person faces a difficult situation, they often do not know what to do, where to go, or how to explain their problem properly. At that moment, they are left alone with the system. Good legal help is not affordable for everyone, and because of this people often give up on protecting their rights simply because they do not know where to start.

What we are building

We are building this website to help people navigate these situations. Our goal is to gather in one place the organizations, administrations, and services that people can contact with a complaint, application, or request for help.

What comes next

In the future, we plan to add an AI assistant that will suggest where to apply and why, help prepare applications and appeals, and eventually send them directly from the website to several organizations at once.

Our goal

We want protecting your rights to become simpler, clearer, and more accessible. We want people not to feel alone in front of the bureaucratic machine and to be able to take the first step toward solving their problem.
