Responsibility map: where to submit a complaint or request

Duty Point helps you understand where you can submit a request, complaint, or appeal for help based on the selected place on the map.

  1. Select the place you need on the map.
  2. Click the large red button in the upper-right corner of the map.
  3. The site will show the responsible authorities you can contact with a complaint or request, and what specific complaints or statements each authority may accept.
